THE SIDEWALK: MY JOURNEY AROUND THE BLOCK
Project 2 • No. 31
Falling
The leaf on the sidewalk is a suburban cliché, yet as I walk,
it is what I am offered. I decided to embrace the cliché, but go one step beyond,
exploring juxtapositions and life in the shadows.
Suddenly, the leaves started to take on their own personalities.
Trapped
Group Hug
Twogether
The Argument
Lonely Heart
Jumping Out of Its skin
Vulnerable
Open to Possibilities
Homage to Miró
And here an oak leaf began dancing the Jitterbug with its shadow:
Spin
Jump
I love these! So creative!
